All attendees require a ticket, except children under 3 years old who do not occupy a seat. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
You will receive your QR ticket and, where applicable, your numbered seat details by email and in your user account prior to the event.
Separate purchases cannot be combined to guarantee adjacent seating. To sit together with friends or family, please purchase all tickets in a single transaction.
Entry will only be granted with a valid ticket and, where deemed necessary, proof of identity or age may be requested.
For safety and organisational reasons, re-entry is not permitted once the ticket has been validated.
There will be no general public parking in the area. The use of public transport is strongly recommended.
Guide dogs and assistance dogs are permitted. However, as the event may reach high noise levels at certain times, we recommend assessing the potential impact in advance.
Shaded areas and rest zones will be clearly signposted.
Drinking water fountains will be available in different areas of the venue.
You must follow all lawful instructions from event staff, security personnel and emergency services at all times.

By Metro: Metro line 8 (NUEVOS MINISTERIOS-AEROPUERTO T4) stops at FERIA DE MADRID station, which gives you direct access to the South Gate of the IFEMA MADRID exhibition centre. This line also takes you to Madrid-Barajas Adolfo Suárez Airport, with only one stop to go to T1-T2-T3 and three stops to T4.

By Bus: A wide network of buses allows you to reach MADRING from different parts of the city. During the days of the event, some lines will be reinforced to ensure greater frequency and comfort for attendees.

By Taxi: Several taxi ranks will be set up around MADRING and will be properly signposted. The service will be available throughout the day to facilitate arrival and departure at any time during the event.
